We’re a great friendly neighborhood bar with very reasonable prices & some of the nicest staff in Austin!  While not a “hip, modern or new” place, we are a great local hangout to enjoy a friendly game, sing some Karaoke, or just kick back and listen to some FREE live music!  Never a cover charge at Boomerz!!!

For those of you who remember Oak Hill when nothing else was around, The Stumble In (and I think many people did…) was a small local bar to have a quiet drink. Later it became Diamonds.  In 1993, Boomerz was born!  It expanded to include a small stage and dance floor.  Still further down the line, it grew to accommodate 6 pool tables and a larger dance floor.  In 2005 Sharon & Art purchased the bar and made yet some more changes including a new larger, full size band stage, a few more t.v.’s, buzztime trivia, poker, and our latest additions; a giant projector screen for Karaoke.  Come on in and visit us and enjoy a casual atmosphere, friendly staff & patrons, and one of our many gaming pleasures.
